We do not require you to sell your house, leave a huge deposit or have you lock in to any contracts.
Your accommodation agreement can be terminated, providing us with 2 weeks notice. We aim to provide Seniors with accommodation at an affordable price without the extreme rules and costs involved with nursing care. Your accommodation can be funded with your Government Aged or Disability Support Pension with money left over for your personal needs.
Located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, Cotlew Manor Ashmore provides its clients with Supported Senior Accommodation described below. Our Ashmore facility is centrally located and is well set back from the road with a major bus route. The bus stop being in front of the property provides residents with easy access to Gold Coasts major shopping centre’s being Australia Fair and Pacific Fair.
A short stroll down the road is Ashmore Shopping Plaza which allows residents to attend to any personal needs they may have like banking and shopping. Cotlew Manor Ashmore is also well located near several churches, restaurants, “fast food” outlets and a 10 pin bowling alley is in walking distance also.
